The "Doli" is a tradition in Indian weddings that marks the emotional departure of the bride from her parental home. As a documentary Indian Wedding Photographer, this is probably one of my favourite parts of a Sikh Wedding.

The Baraat procession is a vibrant and festive part of an Indian wedding, marking the groom's arrival at the wedding venue. Accompanied by his family and entourage, the groom makes his way to the ceremony while dancing and celebrating.
