The "Doli" is a tradition in Indian weddings that marks the emotional departure of the bride from her parental home. As a documentary Indian Wedding Photographer, this is probably one of my favourite parts of a Sikh Wedding.

In documentary photography, it's not just about capturing the main action. It's about telling a bigger story by including the surroundings and details. This technique, called layering, adds depth and makes your photos more interesting.
